It was a hoax!

Well, it turns out that my previous post was a hoax.

Sisters

Independent Lens (PBS) is presenting Sisters: A Portrait of a Benedictine Community.

It was filmed in 1999, and talks about the monastic life of the sisters at St. Scholastica Monastary, which is located in Duluth.

I watched it last night and found it fascinating. This is the first time it is being aired nationally.

Check to see when it will play in your area!

My favorite part was when a group of nuns were cheering on the Minnesota Vikings!

Snow!

We've had the first significant pile of snow today...about 8 inches at 6PM...with 3-5 more expected through tonight. It is very fluffy.
